1. Order Processing

All orders are processed during business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Nairobi Deliveries

Same Day Delivery (Order before 1PM)

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are delivered the same day between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.

Next Business Day Delivery

  • Delivered on the next business day between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

3. Nairobi Environs (1–2 Business Days)

Includes areas slightly outside Nairobi such as:
Embakasi, Rongai, Ruaka, Syokimau, Ruiru, Kitengela and surrounding areas.

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Outside Nairobi (Upcountry Delivery)

  • Delivered via courier service.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.

  • Customers may be contacted by the courier upon arrival.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Promotional free delivery may apply for orders above a specified amount.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable

Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Order Tracking

Customers may be contacted via phone or SMS before delivery.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
